Zucchini Bread

Zucchini Bread

Add in a mixing bowl:
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbls. vanilla
  • 2 cups peeled and grated zucchini
Then add:
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • Optional: 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Pour batter into 2 greased and floured loaf tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes.
