Red & White Pasta

Did you stock up on pasta a few weeks ago and want to find a fun, easy recipe to use with it?  Try this:

Red & White Pasta
12-16 oz. pasta, any variety
Tomato-based pasta sauce (canned or home-made)
Alfredo sauce (canned or home-make) check out this link for some easy alfredo sauce)
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Cook pasta according to directions.  In a 9X13 baking dish, spoon in half of the pasta.  Spread a layer of red sauce over the noodles, then some of the white sauce - 1/2 cup to a cup of each, depending on how saucy you want it.  Spread on half of the mozzarella.  Repeat with remaining noodles and sauces, top with cheese.  Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, removing foil for last 10 minutes.   

Serve with breadsticks and a nice green salad.  Enjoy!
